Accurate Engineering Pvt. Ltd (AEPL), formerly known as Fareed Engineering Works, has been a prominent figure in Pakistan’s engineering landscape since its establishment in 1988. With a focus on providing comprehensive fabrication and engineering/machining services, AEPL has evolved into Pakistan’s leading engineering group, boasting ISO 9001, 2015 certification. 

We take pride in our ability to not only collaborate with some of the world’s finest manufacturers of metals and steel products but also to develop outsourced vendors who meet the stringent metallurgical requirements for the heavy and medium volume parts we manufacture. Our diverse range of products, intricate items, and competitive pricing ensure client satisfaction. 

Situated at Suparco-Road, Survey Number, Kemari Town, Karachi, Pakistan, our state-of-the-art workshop facilities, including a fabrication workshop, machine shop, Line for Fabrication and Assembly of Industrial conveyor Chains, CNC machining centers, and fiber laser cutting units, are all conveniently housed under one roof. Covering a total area of 40,000 square feet with a clear height of up to 30 feet. Our facilities also encompass a fabrication yard, machine shop, and CNC block. Additionally, our office and storage area spanning two floors, totaling approximately 40,000 square feet, resulting in a net covered area of 80,000 square feet. 

Our operations are overseen by a team of professionally trained and experienced engineers and management professionals. During peak seasons, our staff and labor force can reach a total count of 60 to 80 professionals, and we also have experienced sub-contractors who can be deployed to fulfill additional requirements at project sites or within our workshop facilities. AEPL has a proven track record of working up to 300,000 man-hours annually. 

Fabrication services are integral to the Processing Plants, Construction Companies and Manufacturing Industries in Pakistan, and AEPL specializes in the design and creation of Machined and Fabricated metal work, structures, piping and pressure vessels, induced draft fans, rotary equipment, and machined components. Our services cater to a wide range of industries, including cement, sugar, process plants, and the textile industry. In response to the demands of the competitive global market, we offer value-added services such as requirement evaluation, cost-effectiveness, on-time delivery, flexibility, and quality products. 

AEPL also offers modern balancing of rotary equipment from SCHENCK Germany within a range of Ø 3200mm x 500mm Length x weight 3000 kg x 3000 rpm, as well as multiple units ranging from 50kW to 200 kW induction hardening. Additionally, we provide technical services such as technical due diligence, evaluation and estimation, and product analysis. Specializing in manufacturing with HARDOX, stainless steel, or non-ferrous metals, AEPL is equipped to meet diverse industry needs.

Ltd is staffed with skilled, experienced professionals and equipped with advanced, high-capability facilities to provide engineering, fabrication, and erection services for sugar, cement, fertilizer, refinery, and distillery plants. We have taken a leading role in the fabrication and erection of sugar plants in Pakistan, showcasing our capability to supply heavy industrial steel structure construction and precision-built equipment. Our extensive experience includes the fabrication of condensers, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, columns, reactors, vertical crystallizers, and storage tanks, among others.
