In year 2017, ACCURATE ENGINEERING (PRIVATE) LIMITED studied and analyzed coming demands of newly arrived engineering industries, which need highly precise locally fabricated machinery and allied items. Keeping in view of the study, ACCURATE ENGINEERING (PRIVATE) LIMITED to start FABRICATION FACILITATION UNIT.
As 1st. step of start-up, ACCURATE ENGINEERING (PRIVATE) LIMITED consultant having vast acquainted knowledge and experience being connected with CEMENT DESIGN since long. Further, we got services of experienced execution engineers fully aware with current and future demands to meet the requirement of high tech industry.
In 2nd. Phase of planning, ACCURATE ENGINEERING (PRIVATE) LIMITED procured latest machinery and equipment as well as site facilitation items to equip our team for performing best at Client’s site and also in our fabrication yard.
Experienced Engineering Team consisting of Engineering Staff, Draftsman, Estimators, Shop and Site Supervisors, Fabricators, Welders, Riggers and others was already available with AEPL having vast experience of heavy industrial fabrication but with other main contractors.
As the core machinery, facilitation items, supply of consumables and experienced team are already at our own, AEPL is fully capable to do any type of fabrication and Erection / Assembly at both on client’s site or in their own workshop.
With the experienced process design engineers, AEPL can also provide guidance / assistance to client for better understanding of machinery, change in design for better performance, change of metallurgy to make machine part compatible with local environment and also to apply Balancing, Modernization and Replacement (BMR) engineering before the time of erection to get maximum possible & allowable output for better production.
